Site Managers and Trainee Managers

Candidates must demonstrate excellence in all aspects of fish husbandry including fish health and welfare, feeding optimisation, containment, infrastructure maintenance and skilled seamanship.

To be considered you must ideally already be a highly respected Manager within the aquaculture industry, and be able to demonstrate your commitment in developing a strong safety culture.  You will be open, honest and communicate with ease at all levels.  Your ability to plan ahead will be matched by close attention to detail.  It is essential to value our unique identity and have the skills to grow premium quality differentiated salmon for customers with the highest expectations.  

Scottish Sea Farms Site Managers are already expected to be industry leading with competence in finance, budget control and planning, stock management, stakeholder interactions, personnel management and promotion of health and safety.  

Working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday with 1:3 weekend working required on a rota system.  We will offer an attractive salary dependant on experience along with additional payments on completion of specific training, crop bonus, discretionary company bonus, pension scheme, life cover, occupational health support, subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme.
